Factors Affecting Mobile Data Speed
The speed of mobile data can be influenced by several factors, including:

For iOS Devices:
Configuring APN Settings:
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your eSIM.
- Tap Cellular Data Network.
- Ensure the APN is set to wbdata. If it’s not, add this APN.
- Restart your device and try again.
Changing Network Operator:
- Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Network.
- Disable Automatic Selection and choose an alternative network operator from the list.
- Activate and then deactivate flight mode, and try browsing again.
Important: Do NOT delete your eSIM, as it will be permanently removed and cannot be reinstalled or used again.
For Android Devices:
Configuring APN Settings:
- Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks.
- Select Access Point Names.
- Tap Addand enter the following settings:
- Name: Ottersim
- APN: wbdata
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner and select Save.
- Restart your device and try again.
Changing Network Operator:
- Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Mobile Operators.
- Turn off Automatic Selection and choose an alternative network operator from the list.
- Activate and then deactivate flight mode, and try browsing again.
